Shipping Policy
Nearly 99% of the items on Crest Fasteners.com is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Your product will be shipped to you from the closest of 18 distribution centers throughout the USA and Canada.
Orders that are placed by 2:00pm EST will ship same day (upon same day request in comments box, at checkout). In the event that an item is not available, an email will be sent. At that point you have the option of cancelling the item, or waiting for the item to become available for shipment (we will notify of estimated availability and shipment).
Crest Fasteners orders ship using UPS or Con-Way if the order is over 150 lbs. Shipping is FOB the warehouse of shipment.
Shipping Options
We now use UPS Worldwide for shipping up to (150lbs.) or LTL (Less that truckload) and Con-Way. Collect freigt is also an option at checkout. Select the shipping method that best suits your needs. These options are available at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Log into your Crest Fasteners account and click on the Order Lookup link(Under your User Account links). Select the order that you want to track and click on the link. Your tracking number will appear. Simply follow this link http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html.
Billing, Packing and shipping information are sent shortly after order is processed.
